No one cares at UBER account still not active

Uber has not activated or switched my profile Og *** *** to passenger driver partner the user hzak keeps ending chats and says he has escalated but its a month and nothing has been done I have uploaded all the documents but no one is helpful, this us very bad service especially for onboarding member I cant even book for an appointment on my app because the option isnt there they dont allow walkins at the Greenlight is Sandton so even ther they could lnt assist me, please can someone at uber do something and get my account activated
