NO HELP, NO ANSWERS ON EMAILS

uber deducts payments from your credit card, the trips don't show on your profile and you cannot call them! so no receipts, no help, 2 months with no reply to the HELP logged on their website. I AM REVERSING BOTH COSTS WHICH IS IN EXCESS OF OVER R1000!!! You can chase me for the money!
