NO FEEDBACK FROM UBER REGARDING ********** TRANSACTIONS PAID FROM MY CC FOR UBER RIDES

We have made several attempts to contact UBER regarding ********** transactions that were done on my credit card for Uber Rides. All lead to dead ends with no one assisting. They are not providing me with the required information. I urgently need this information in order to ensure that this does not happen in the future as well as informing the SA Police Services.
