No customer support, impossible to contact.

Impossible to contact support for any help. Endless cycle of FAQ answers to 'solve' the problem but no actual contact form to write a message. Calling from the app you have to verify your mobile number, every time I entered mine it read it back to me differently missing a few digits so I could never get through to speak to any of the support team. Very primitive and evasive customer care.
