No customer complaint option or helpline...pathetic

This company is just in it for the money. I have an issue with my trip I would like to report but there is absolutely nowhere on the app or website to do so. There is a Help option but only to their benefit. Where can a customer complain about an issue? It would appear as if you deliberately set your system up to ignore customer complaints. This is pathetic.
