No consideration

In all honesty for this service I would not even give one star and thats for my Uber experience in total yesterday. Me and my friend organised Uber to go from Pretoria East to Coca Cola dome in Johannesburg.My friend book a guy named Mpho under her name to come and collect us in menlyn area, from an initial 8 min it took him 30 min to arrive after we had to call him and give him telephonic directions???!!!! After the show I booked with Nkosanthi. While me and my friend, 2 girls alone, were waiting for him he did not answer his phone and he cancelled the trip!? This trip was accepted at 1.2 the rate.Eventually a guy named Arnold came to puck us up. My rate for this service has doubled by then , and because we did not have any choice being two girls alone we accepted.Again even though a drop of location was given I had to explain to him how to get there????? I would never use Uber again or recommend it to anybody. At their fault my fair of 1.2 x were cancelled and I was charged 2 x the rate for a horrible experience
