NO CASH TRIPS ON UBER :(

I just received confirmation via Uber support that they have taken away the cash payment option,this after I booked for a very important meeting yesterday in which I had to quickly postpone.Since starting using Uber I have also preferred to pay cash as it is beneficial to me.This will force me to find another company to use and it will surely be big loss of revenue for Uber. :(
