No assistant after car accident from uber

I am crying as I am writing this review. My brother was involved in a car accident. He requested an uber early in the morning to go to work, but he didn't arrive😭The uber had an accident, my brother got hot and still in a comma in ICU. We went to the uber offices yesterday to report and claim for passenger insurance for they can pay the hospital bills. We were not even allowed to enter the building we were told to come with the police in we want to come inside. This is very traumatic.
