No assistance from Uber about lost phone

On saturday, the 6th of April 2024 at 20:43pm, I requested an uber for a friend and he dropped his phone in the car. I managed to speak to the Uber driver via the Uber app, I informed him about the phone and he said he'd get back to me. I still haven't heard back from him and the app no longer allows me to call him. I've submitted many requests on the Uber app about the lost and to contact the driver but I still haven't heard anything from both Uber and their Uber driver.
