Nightmare Uber driver

My second time using Uber... the first time was earlier on the same day to go to a party. This driver (Victor) was professional, on time and the trip to the party was great. Then we booked another trip home. This driver(Lindani) just glared at my wife and me when we got into the car. We greeted him and got a barrage of *****ing back from him about how he battled to find this house. According to him, we should have given the route into the area to use as it is a closed-off area. All we wanted was to be picked up and taken home without drama. Funny how the first driver had no problems. We only made it about 2 blocks (500m) down the road when I had had enough and told him to stop the car. By then I had lost my cool and was a bit ****ed off. When we got out of the car the driver was very aggressive towards both my wife and me and was pushing for a fight. Luckily some friends from the same party came past and we got a ride home with them. We got billed R179 for 18.6km for the first trip as per emailed Uber receipt. For the second trip, we got billed R26 for the 500m we rode in the car. Then we got billed again off our account for the full amount of R206 the next morning.

All I can say is....never again... won't put my wife through that again. Uber is supposed to be a safer alternative ...especially when one has been drinking and in a vulnerable state of mind. I Don't recommend Uber at all.
