Never use Uber again they take your money as and extra charge for longer route the driver takes

On 2 occasion on the same they declined my trips took the money and never sent it back.i took trips thrice today and 2 of my trip they deducted extra money because the trip was longer than expected now firstly I never told anyone to take a longer route secondly why is Uber deducting money if this is the standing charge *** you guys are ********* I'm never ever using this app again your competitor is way better than you guys this absolutely pathetic
