Never use Uber

I will never use Uber again in my live. I booked in advance for my husband to be picked up at Lanseria airport at 22:05. I received a driver name and registration number assigned to the ride. Just before pick up the assigned driver was charged and the details sent to me. I shared all the information with my husband as well as screenshots on the app which he showed to the driver. The driver refused to pick him up without a pin. I couldn't find any pin sent to me on the app. The driver wanted me to cancel the trip. I am waiting to see if there is any charge on this very unpleasant incident, since I my husband was left at the airport. I am only using Bolt going forward!
