Naughty list this Christmas

This year Uber is on my naughty list for Christmas. I have tried to calculate how much I have spent on Uber this year and the total is way over R8000. Not once during this year has Uber given me a free ride or promo for being a loyal customer. I have even recommended a loyalty program for customers but always get a generic response. Uber should pay attention to how Taxify treats their customers. I have used Taxify a few times and they have give me discounts on trips as well as free rides whereas Uber has given me zilch...
