MY UBER VOUCHER DOESNT WORK

My uber voucher doen not work. I bought a R200 voucher last year in 2021 and have taken several rides since only for payment to be credited to my bank account it will expire soon witout being used. - I have emailed the uber support team they are unable to help me. - I am unable to see the area restiction of the voucher. - I can see it in my uber wallet under voucher but there's no option to use it.

I honestly don't know what to do please help me!
