My package was not delivered!!! Pathetic service!!!

Please be aware of this driver - Vusumuzi Vitalice NUR86289. I was sending a package to someone, I had a discount on the app, and was paying in cash, he first asked me for more money, kept insisting I pay him extra regardless of the discount. He then goes to the incorrect address, I message him on the app and tell him he's at the wrong place. He then proceeds towards the right address and before he could arrive there, he tells me he's outside, I tell him to leave the package at the door as someone was at home and waiting. He then ENDS THE TRIP AND DOES NOT DELIVER MY PACKAGE. After many failed attempts at contacting him, I finally get through, I asked him where the package is and he cut the call on me. I have lodged countless reports through the support in app services and nothing was done to help me. This incident occurred on 12 May 2023 at 07:34, it is now 14 May 2023 and I have not had any help in locating my package. I lost cash and my package. I expected better service from Uber, South Africa. This is utterly disappointing.
