My lost property

I forgot my fone and I lodge a query the same day and the response was they will connect me with the driver it's been two now and they are still quiet, they appear not be trust worthy in terms of our properties, why have an option to lodge a query to help with left items and yet they don't assist they unprofessional and Im deeply disappointed
