My friend who uses Uber on a regular bases, ordered me a Uber parcel

My friend who uses Uber on a regular bases, ordered me a Uber parcel. I hit a pot hole on Baden Powell drive this morning around 645am. I managed to nurse the car until KFC parking lot , Cnr of old Faure and baden Powell, the new mini mall they built there. My friend ordered me a Uber around 9ish to collect my spare and deliver it to me as it was at the spares place, he (Mohammed) collected the wheel and was on his way, 5mins away from me, he cancelled the trip and went missing, no communication at all, I then had to find a different means of solving the issue at hand. Once my friend logged a complaint, we were told that the wheel was delivered to thir offices and we can collect it. What a cheek 1stly, 2ndly they want us to settle a bill for the trip that never happened.
