My boyfriend was pointed at with a gun while riding in an uber. Uber was so poor in dealing with this matter. The driver **** to them and said my boyfriend had been aggressive. Mind you, we use the app everydayyyy!!!! Always late at night and we’ve never had this incident. I am deeply disappointed
