MY ACCOUNT HAS AN UNRECOGNIZED CHARGE

I took a trip with uber which normally costs R27. But after being dropped off by the driver the uber app on my phone froze and would not exit. After quite a while I rebooted my phone in order to exit the app. Then a charge of R393 was taken from my account.

I have searched high and low for a number to contact them, with no luck, I have sent a email from their help function on their website, but am now being given the runaround about a email address.

This is very poor customer service.
