I booked an Uber from benoni to mall of Africa yesterday. The driver took for ever to come as it seems he was not moving at all. I then canceled. The trip was for R411. Uber charged me R31 cancelation fee but have still not returned my R411. This is a ****. Uber is so sneaky, you have no actual way of communicating with that company directly. They only have these useless and often unrelated options in their unmanned bot help under their activities button. It's like they are hiding something. I'll be speaking on 404 on Monday in relation to how foreign companies behave badly in South Africa, I'll mention this as an example.
