Money taken out of account at early mornings

Uber is taking alot of money from my account,,,if you use uber this day during the night they take money from your account starting from R4.00 up toe R159.00,,I have alot of proof about this,,when you take a trip with Uber,, immediately they take the money out of your account so you don't own them anything at all,,,now sometimes it takes more then 15 min to get an Uber driver,,,when you cancel this trip due to time and emergency problems they say you must pay R10.00 cancelation fee,,for what reason,,,money is taken out of your account already nou it have to came back again banking fees have been paid due to money transfers,,,who is paying that fees me,,,if you must go you can't wait for more then 15 min,,yes sometimes they are busy sure,,,but then you as a client also needs to make another plan,,not my fault Uber is busy,,,why do we have to pay the fees if we didn't get the services,,,another problem on some of Uber drivers,,,unfortunately there are only the following options 2 seater, 3 seater and 6 seater,,, where I'm staying no 6 seater are available,,,we are 4 people 2 grown ups 2 children,,,so when you book the 3 seater and the driver reach your house,,they're get angry at you having a big care seats for 5 people then they demand more money what bull is this,,,they get the full amount for their trip now they want money exstra in their accounts like almost R100 more for a child,,,thus is daylight *******,,,so I have send all my proof to uber yesterday morning till now they didn't even respond but yet in the early morning hours just after 1 o clock the tried to take again R29.00 and R139.00,,after I used uber yesterday twice and money was paid again,, they are robbing us please help us with this issues and also the email address and contact number are not in service on the web page,,,what nonsense is this,,,I know why because they get a lot of the same complaints and now running away from their problems and *******ion
