Money taken from my bank account *****ulently!

I'm only giving them one star because I can't give zero. Do not use Uber! They have *****ulently taken money from my bank account. I booked a trip, was dropped off at the requested location and charged the quoted price. This charge was then cancelled and a charge of around 60% higher put through. Whe I checked, the reason given was that I was dropped off 14km away from my requested destination. Not only is this false, but we followed the exact same route shown when quoted the original price. I queried this with Uber and their reply was "Thanks for getting in touch. We’re sorry to hear your trip didn’t go as smoothly as expected. However, we can confirm that this trip isn’t eligible for a price adjustment." Be aware that they appear to have the ability to charge whatever they like after their original quoted price and take it from your bank account. Avoid Uber!
