MONEY TAKEN FOR CANCELLED RIDE

I requested a ride on Friday eveining, R315 was taken from my account, the driver then cancelled the ride, I was charged R10 cancellation plus my R315 still has not been refunded, it has been 5 days, I have my bankstatement as proof, REFUND MY MONEY,!!!!!
