Money missing

I made a purchase from game gateway through uber using an I bet discount that I had of R100 for purchases higher than R120. UBER debited the money off my account and took away my discount voucher. I demand a refund immediately and my voucher back! This has happened before and I'm starting to think this is deliberate. Contact me onwith ***
