Money grabbers

I ordered an Uber from town on Friday night. The amount of R132 for the trip had already been taken off of my account from the moment the driver picked up the ride. When the driver arrived he said he will not take us and told me to cancel the Uber. I cancelled it and Uber said that there would be a R15 penalty fee which I accept. However, the entire amount is still gone from my account. This is so unprofessional as they are so quick to take the money from your account but have made not efforts or communication to refund me for a ride I didn’t even take.
