Extremely Frustrating Experience!

I’ve been dealing with unauthorized R50.00 deductions from my account by Uber for months now. I was able to reverse the charge once, but the next month, the same deduction was taken again. It’s impossible to get in touch with their support team, and they keep pushing for us to use the app, which doesn’t work. Despite my attempts, Uber continues to take money without any resolution. Terrible customer service and I’m extremely disappointed. Do yourself a favor and avoid this frustration.
