MONEY DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT PERMISSION

Good day, I haven't use UBER sins November 2023, but they are deducting R50 from my account sins January 2024 up until know without any explanation. I feel that is *****ing because you can not get in contact with them. I would like to know where they got the permission from and what they are going to do about it.
