Money Being Deducted from my account

I'm not sure what's going on but my money has been deducted from my bank account and i didn't subscribe nor use my card for uber R50 deducted from my account.. i need it refunded back because i don't know anything about any subscription made by me this is the ref (DL Uber CPT Za Za).
