Mistreatment by Uber driver

I write with utter disgusted and disappointment with regards to treatment received from an Uber driver (Farah) who had the audacity to call me stupid after accepting a trip, making me wait and then forcing me to cancel the trip because he decided he no longer wants the trip. Does Uber not teach their drivers to respect customers, that is no way to talk to a paying client!
