Missing parcel

I am so ****ed with Uber…. I requested for an item to be delivered on the 25th of November, the driver first cancelled the trip then I was charged for inconveniencing him. I escalated the matter to Uber as the driver left without delivering my package, even today I haven’t received my package. I am disgusted by their service, they closed the ticket that I raised without resolving the matter
