Missing cellphone reported on Uber App - No one Replies (reported this a couple of times)

I do not know how many times I need to report a cellphone that was left in the uber.

But no one from uber is getting back to me. The phone was in the front seat next to driver. I have never ever received such bad service from Uber. I have reported the phone missing twice and no one even bothers to get back to me. I think that is very unprofessional for such a public company.
