Missing biltong out of my sealed meat packet

I had one extra stop I had a meat packet and another packet I told my son h can have his biltong when we get home. I got into the car and I sealed the packet with the biltong inside. When I got home there was no biltong in my meat packet. I tried calling the number he called from just goes to voicemail. Not they say I need to pay 90 for a lost item. It's not lost it was sealed in my packet.
