Missed my plane

This past Sunday I missed my flight t Port Elizabeth due to Uber. My first driver ran out of feul about half way to gautrein station... Said I had to get a new Uber as his car was giving machanical issues. I stood next raod waiting and as I was waiting another car pulled up and assisted him with feul... So it wasn't machanical fault. My second Uber didn't even help me to put my suitcase in the boot. When I got in he asked me where we are going. I said gautrein station and he said :" no please get out of my car. " he took my bag out and left me next to the side of the raod... My third Uber did take me there but dropped me so far away. When I got to the airport and checked in I had missed my plane. I had to buy a new ticket for the next day... Cost me a extra R1000. I had to take another train to pretoria and another Uber home. Day 4 now and I've phoned Uber 3 times and no one is getting back to me... I will not stop till someone phones me to sort this out.
