MISLEADING PRICING

I booked these trips on Urber and confirmed a fare affordable to me but after my trips i got charged more! I called your support line regarding this and the response i got was all these trips were charged according to the distance.

This trip i accepted was R22 and i was charged R86! I'm not disputing the waiting time but the fare! You are to calculate the distance prior to offering me a price so i can decide whether i can afford it or not! You cannot suddenly charge me after why?

Second Trip i'm disputing: You rode with Fannie Issued on behalf of Fannie License Plate: CF73077

I accepted your price offer of R22 for return not R54 charged after! And the driver did not wait for me and yet you've charged for waiting time!

Third dispute : This distance 6.19 kilometers was charged at R54 and yet a distance of 6.82 kilometers was charged at R21 what distances are you guys calculating!!

My last trip's price stayed as is because i had made a call to complain about being charged prices i did not agree on!

Your dishonestly on the price before I accepted is my problem not your calculations.All prices offered to me are calculated by distance this is standard it's what is suppose to be done.

You cannot charge and calculate my route after it’s ********** and misleading to offer me a price based on my route you claim to calculate after and end up charging me more! You have blindsided me on these and took away my right to choose.

I want my refund please and be charged for only what was offered initially for me as I would have decided to cancel if these trip ended up being more than I can afford and booked.

You have **** in your attempt to help me with my enquiry about this because straight after my complaint i booked a trip for a much longer distance that cost me R21 and not double the amount for the trip i'm complaining about being overcharged!

You took away my right to make a choice if i should use Urber on not on these trips.

To add more to your dishonestly i've been charged for waiting time on the below mentioned trip and the driver did not wait for more than 2min for me on this trip, why was i charged for time????

There is no excuse for this and you are to calculate the distance prior offering me a price in the first place and charge what i accepted and not more than that i want my money back!
