misleading fare estimates

<p>This morning I had to travel by Uber because my car has broken down, i proceeded to book a ride through their uber application, i checked the fare estimate to travel from home to my workplace and i was quoted R59.77 which is usall and what i have paid for my previous trips on the same route. I was expecting to pay an amount around that much but to my srprise, R74.00 was deducted from my card. I just feel that this estimate was way off and way more than the amount that i was charged and i feel that it was unfairly deducted. I DO NOT understand why I am paying way more than the usual estimate for the EXACT same route!!! I responded negatively on their application with regards to my fare this morning and I would have atleast expected customer care to call me back but it has been hours and I still have not been contacted to explain my views. I am highly dissapointed in their estimates, highly dissapointed that i queried the ride and yet no body has attended to my response. Somebody should atleast tell me why some days I am paying way more than other days for exactly the same thing. this is if they are an entity that cares about customer service</p>
