I had a terrible experience with Uber, money was debited from my account.I opened the app to see what's happening.Then it shows driver to arrive in 4 minutes. While I was still amazed, the driver texts me to say he has arrived.I told him I didn't request a ride. He said I should cancel of which I even struggled to do so. The message popped to say money reversed to my account but I didn't receive it.
