This morning I requested a ride from Sandton Mint Hotel to Kagiso Mall Krugersdorp. I was Charged R181.00 and I made a card payment. I then cancelled the ride and they charged me R10 cancellation fee. But my money never returned to my account. And right about now 12:30 while I’m sitting here. They tried taking money from my account again. I’m so frustrated I can’t even call Uber Offices.
