Good day Uber South Africa.

I am writing this review very sadden and angry. Today I requested a ride from the mall to the place I stay. Unfortunately the driver did not arrive. He kept on send messages to me saying that he is on his way, next thing I check the driver has confirmed that he has picked me up whereas he had not. When I cry to cancel I was unable to and I got charged R52 even though I didn’t go on to the ride. I can basically just say that got ****med. This issue is very touching to me because as a lady what if I was stranded and the only money I had was the one that was taken from me. If uber drivers are to conduct themselves in such a manner what will be of me because this is my only mode of transport.
