Makes no business sense

I asked if I can specifically have a female driver drive me home because of security reasons and the simple response was: I'm afraid there is currently no way to filter out and select only female drivers in the app.<br> This doesn't make any business sense that my simple request can't be honored!<br> Can't they make a special arrangement for me, I though customers requests should always be honored if possible.<br> This is very possible as they also rep**** with :<br> As of the moment, there are female drivers who are partnered with Uber.
