LOUSE UBER DRIVER CANCELS TRIP AND I'M STILL CHARGED FULL PRICE

On Thurs 09/03/2023 I booked an Uber trip charged R106.00 - the driver named Ferdinand stopped meters away from the requested pickup point. On the app it showed that he had arrived - when I messaged him he said he'd arrived but myself and the security guard standing next to me couldn't see him - maybe also the fact that it was storming with rain. I messaged him again that I couldn't see him - with no response. A few minutes later this driver cancelled the trip. I was then charged a R10 cancellation fee - which has been refunded. This driver cancelled the trip while I was waiting for him - and I am still charged the full fee of R106-00. I expect to be refunded in full. I am justified in requesting a refund - because the next Uber X driver stopped right in front of me opposite McDonald's so I could quickly walk across the street to catch the new ride.
