Lost valuable soccer boots with accessories

In August 2024 I booked an Uber from the Mall. We then packed our groceries in the boot and kept the nandbag and tock bag with soccers boots and the whole soccer kit with us. When we got in the driver informed us that his lights inside the car don't work. Driver dropped is off we literally had to feel with our hands if we git everything out.Three days later we realised that the tock bag was left in the Uber. I have reported the item I then had to give my number since they couldn't send me the drivers number. The driver called me and informed me that he has my bag and will return it. I kept on following up and 3 months later Uber informed me that I need to report it to the police. I got a case number and days later te case was closed. Now I just feel the need to report this.
