Lost R11 000 from *****ulent Uber purchases

I was ****** R11 000 plus online @ Uber. Could someone from Uber give me a call so that the investigation can commence? Purchases above R11 000 were processed on my debit card while it was in my possession @Uber and there is no way of making contact with the merchant
