lost Purse

On the 12th of December I called an uber for my mom to pick her up at the St john hospital, she was picked up but when she reached home she realised that she left her purse in the car the she alerted me I alerted uber and the driver admitted that she found the purse and it had R1770 inside and he promised to bring it back to my mom but he never did even today and that is my mothers pension money how is she supposed to eat and the drivers name is Nyiko he was driving a Toyota Corolla.
