Lost phone on Uber ride

My sister lost her phone in the car yesterday, the driver acknowledged that the item was indeed in the vehicle, he even promised to bring the phone ⁸back but he is now not taking calls anymore and Uber is also not doing anything to assist with the situation. The guys name is Luyado Makaula and he is driving a white Renault Triber.
