Lost phone on uber

I requested uber number plate KJ01ZLGP his name is Boas on Sunday. The drop of was 18:18 not even 5 minutes I realised I forgot my phone I tried calling my phone but the driver never bother to pick it up and am 100% it was not on silent.

The uber help till now they hasn't come with he responds they kept on saying they still trying to get hold of the driver. To think that am using uber everyday of my life and they still hire people that can't be trusted with customers belonging is so painful.

Even if the driver went to pick another client but in those seconds I called my phone he wasn't yet reached that other client.
