LOST PHONE & JACKET

On 5th September 2022 at about 20H45 or so, we took a ride from by Uber from Moses Mabhida stadium to AMANZIMTOTI. After payment we got of the car and forgot the phone A12 Samsung with red cover and a grey jacket. In less than 5min we rang the phone bcos we didn't know drivers number as it was on the phone left in his car. It rang continuously till early hours..... Again early in the morning we rang the phone, it went straight to vmail till now. When lodging a complain with Uber even went went to their offices in Durban North, they said said we must deal straight with a driver. We ask for his contact details bcos everything went with the lost phone they refused, then we asked if they can't contact him for us then just to verify what we are saying... they refused. Mind you, we weren't even allowed to enter the office we spoke to them via the security guard (them say, we say). We request several times to enter the office to get assistance they refused until we left after 2 hours 😢 We have the proof of payment receipt and drivers name is Mthombisi, that's all it showed. No car registration, no contact details or anything that can assist us further.... Please help
