Lost phone and no assistance

I’m writing this with a heavy heart as im reporting my sons phone since Saturday the 25th, No correspondence has been sent No follow up nothing. Tried calling and the app tells me about I’ve reached the maximum number of calls to check inbox yet there is no Response on the countless emails I sent. I had to take it apon myself to find the driver and when I did the driver blocked the number when I spoke about the phone. Which means he found it in his car and his still moving on with life. As an Uber customer I feel unsafe if uber won’t even make the driver take accountability and face consequences like his account being deactivated or suspended. Then we can’t trust that we are safe today it’s a Phone tomorrow it’s something else or even kidnapping a person and uber is doing nothing about it instead we busy sending countless messages to a robot/ automated system or whatever.
