Lost phone

<p>A friend left his phone in an uber on Sa****ay night and we managed to trace the phone to a complex in midrand. We got hold of the drivers numbers and called him to check if he could help with recovering the phone and he was of no help at all. We sent uber an email to assist with the issues, and still got no help from them. Uber has the information needed to recover the phone, but clearly no longer care about the client. The phone was just a day old </p> <p> </p> <p>I am very disappointed in how they handled the issue</p>
