LOST PARCEL

I would rate uber Courier a 0 star if it was possible, its been a month already On the 07.04.2025 i requested a courier bike to pick my parcel from Bellville to Khayelitsha and the driver accepted my request he picked up the parcel and headed to my destination, i noticed that he was taking long to deliver i asked if he is getting lost he never responded and i saw him at Langa township and Rylands and Parow, he the rep**** and said my order is in Parow office he couldn't come to my area its not safe, i asked why did he accept because i requested with the same address he then said he made a mistake and he then said he left my parcel at the office and the support will call till to date they never call.

i contacted the help on app they have been telling me they are investigating and they just told me to open a case and they said they will give the driver my contact details no one called still.
