LOST MY PHONE IN THE UBER CAR (DISHONNEST, ********* & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE)

On the 15/01/2021, at 10:54 am, I took an uber driven by Limukani with license plate FX03BZGP. I forgot my phone in his car , upon realizing that, I immediately notified the uber support services. I was told that the driver found my phone in his car and he was going to contact me within 24 hours.

I never received any communication from Uber nor the driver. I have been trying to get in touch with both the driver and uber. Upon being promised that I will get communication within 24 hours, again, I went back to uber to get assistance regarding this matter, till today I am being ignored.

I have been a loyal uber customer for the longest time. After this incident I doubt I can recommend it to anyone nor ever use it myself, this is very *********, dishonest and I am very disappointed with the quality of the service.

PLEASE ADVISE !!!!
